The only difference between US & UK is that the majority of the police in Pakistan is rotten to the core. Unless the people who rule this country clean their own acts. Corrupt leaders cannot command honesty from their subordinates!!!

Very true Sir. This is a lesson for the Government law enforcement agencies that one person did that which our forces are not doing well.
