Good wish list but this does not come cheap and you cannot run such a welfare program on foreign aid. EU and UK have been running welfare states but the it has proved to be unaffordable. The economies have collapsed in spite of high taxes of up to 50% in those countries. Pakistan can barely manage to pay the interest instalments on their huge foreign loans… without decent tax collection this country cannot even walk let alone run a social welfare program. Pakistan is fast losing it’s sovereignty…just because of dishonesty and corruption of handful of people. Awareness has to be raised amongst the general public as to what is at stake… You are well aware of the direction this country is taking. What do the people want????

I am sorry i couldn’t stop myself from laugh after reading your solutions to remove poverty from our country when we badly lack in mutual faith.
How can we trust a restaurant owner that he would not put extra money recieved from his wealthy customer as charity in his own pocket ?
In all your provided solutions i agree for the startup of vocational institutes. Also i would add into this that govt should start a system through councils to issue licenses to the professionals e.g; engineering council , medical council etc. to start practise ( or to continue their job ) , and this license should be renewable every year. Before license renewel, every year license holder would have to submit his evidence for teaching 6 to 7 hrs per week in a govt. vocational traning centre in his city. Highly qualified engineers , doctors , journalist , chemists, professors should have to offer their services to the University free of cost for 6 to 7 hrs/ week. By doing so, our qualified class would add value in the brought of education of society with out spending money ( but sacrificing time ).
nice sir jee
